(Open to Xemnas and Toushiro) [Jun. 21st, 2007|11:08 pm]
The Giga House

He was a touch concerned, upon hearing that Toushiro had fallen somewhat ill recently and afraid he might have been the cause of it, Saix now found himself outside the door to Xemnas and Toushiro's room, debating fiercely with himself whether to knock or not.

... well... nothing gained from cowardice.

So, he raised his hand, hesitated sparsely, then knocked with a few short yet firm raps on the door.

"It won't take long," Xemnas reassured him, heading out of the room. "Rest while we're gone, though."

As soon as Xemnas was in the hall, he headed around the immediate corner before turning around to face Saïx. "So, care to elaborate?" he asked.

[ooc: Will do! :D]

Saix's face fell slightly at Xemnas's comment, if you weren't familiar with him you may have never noticed it at all as he clenched his right hand into a fist lightly before releasing it.

"It began simply with him being angry at my decision to have Sephiroth kill me." He began simply before he glanced to the side.
"... it degenerated from there." He said quietly.

[ooc; :D Yey! <3]

"Something I can relate to," Xemnas said, voice dropping a degree or two in coldness. He looked Saïx in the eye. "Does he know of the...happenings between us, yet?"

That was really what Xemnas wanted to know. If he had a heart, he supposed that it meant that he didn't want Greed being in the way. His last encounter with emotions had strengthened his memory of them once he returned to being a Nobody, so he could now recall them more clearly in his mind.

Saix's face fell a little more, now it was viewable to all at Xemnas's blunt reply.

He was beginning to think he was failing at almost everything.
"I apologize again, Superior." He said calmly, then hesitated.

What was this illogical fear-like sensation bubbling up within him? Whatever it was, it made him truly not want to tell Xemnas. But...

"He knows." ... i couldn't not tell him. He added as an afterthought in his mind as he slipped his hands behind his back and clasped them together to keep Xemnas from seeing they shook a little as he raised his head calmly and gave his superior the blankest look he could manage.

"It was a stupid move on your part," Xemnas said. His features softened briefly. "But if you had not, I probably never would have realized what you were to me. So, you're forgiven."

At Saïx's response to his question, he gave a slight nod. "I see. I doubt he took it well?"

Saix gave a small, half bitter smile at that.
"Yes, my actions were rushed, I realize that now, and I thank you for that." He replied calmly.

"... it went as well as I could hope." He replied quietly.

"You do realize, though," Xemnas said, "that there are still reprecussions of your actions?" Though he had forgiven Saïx for going to Sephiroth, a part of him realized that it was partially his fault, for taking away Saïx's purpose.

"Did he...say anything?" he asked. Of course, Greed had probably said something. He was curious, though, to know what.

(OOC: This is so hard because we're still RPing that scene! XD)

Saix tensed visibly as his grip tightened though his nod was calm and nonchalant.
"It's to be expected." He replied smoothly, never losing the void expression on his face.

His lips curved into a light and mocking smirk.
"He had a few things to say." He answered shortly.

[ooc; Sorry, sorry! XD;; I'll have Xemnas drop the subject soon-ish]

Xemnas stepped over to Saïx, resting his hands on the other Nobody's shoulders. "You should have said something, Saïx," he said, leaning in to place a single soft kiss to the Berserker's lips, then pulled away.

"I imagine they weren't all too kind," he said, smirking in return.

(OOC: S'okay lol)

His eyes widened in slight surprise at the light kiss as he stared at Xemnas, where was the punishment? The firm hand that would have dealt a blow? The Superior that had so calmly destroyed insolence without a second thought?
Was this what Toushiro had done to Xemnas? Was this how that boy had changed him?
It made the Nobody a touch uneasy, violence and punishment he was well suited to dealing with, a light touch and a loving caress was something he was not.
"I... I did not want to burden you. As I mentioned prehand, I was certain you would... never return the notion." He replied softly this time, his mask crumbling away as he looked suddenly very uneasy, and very foolish.

"... no, no they weren't at all." He declared glancing to the floor.

Xemnas shook his head. "I was so blinded by my ambitions, Saïx. Had I seen or recognized anything, I might have realized my reciprocation earlier." He turned away slightly, starting back towards the kitchen. "I was...foolish. Just as Ansem said."

Xemnas decided to drop the subject at that. He'd learned what he'd wanted to know, after all. No need to push it further.

Before he could stop himself, Saix's hand landed on Xemnas's shoulder stopping him abruptly.
Before he could think, before he could even second guess his actions, he pushed Xemnas into the wall (as gently and as firmly as he could) and pressed a harsh kiss to Xemnas's lips.
When he pulled back there was fury in his eyes.

"Never. I would never follow the idiot Ansem claimed you were, you are a brilliant and strategic genius, you are a determined and capable leader, you knew what you wanted and strived to achieve your goals, no path of glory is without it's mishaps." He growled.

"You are my Superior, and I'll be buried before I hear you speak that way about yourself." The nobody finished darkly.

Xemnas' eyes widened when Saïx pushed him against the wall. His arms were around the other Nobody quickly, holding Saïx against him during the kiss.

When it was over, he listened to Saïx's words. "But I was foolish," he protested. "I let the Organization fall to the Keybearer because I was too caught up in my own ambitions." He looked at Saïx. "I lost you twice because of them."

He couldn't help but let his lips tweak into a slight smile. "I'm not your Superior anymore. We're on equal ground, Saïx."

The Nobody smiled crookedly as he pressed a light kiss to Xemnas's lips before pulling back.
"You lost me twice because of my own weakness." He replied calmly letting his arms fall around Xemnas.
"The Organization fell because of all our weaknesses. And no matter what may happen, to me you will always be my strong, determined and beautiful leader." He declared pressing another firm kiss to Xemnas's lips, this time deepening the touch.

Xemnas pulled Saïx to him, letting his arms slip around the other's waist. Saïx's words meant a lot to him, gave him enough confidence to shut up and quit denying things. He still felt that the other was wrong in believing it was everyone's weaknesses that had led to the Organization's downfall; in his mind, it all came down to him. He just didn't say this outloud, not wanting to break the kiss or to keep arguing with Saïx.
